Lexington Homes Announces New Townhome Development Near Downtown Northbrook, Ill.

With Northbrook Row, Taylor Johnson client Lexington Homes recently announced its second new townhome community near downtown Northbrook, Ill., in a year’s time. The new development’s 53 three-level townhomes will offer the builder’s popular redesigned Mews floor plans as well as Lexington’s urban-style single-family rowhome series, which includes private fenced-in yards and detached garages. In fact, the urban-inspired rowhomes are making their suburban debut at Northbrook Row following their successful launch at Lexington Village in Chicago’s Avondale neighborhood. Standout options in the Northbrook rowhomes include an elevator with select plans and, per homesite, a unique breezeway/hall connecting the home to its two-car garage. According to Lexington Homes’ CEO Jeff Benach, sales and interest are expected to be high, as evidenced by the quick sales at the builder’s nearby Gateway Northbrook community, which is now nearly sold out. We shared the “coming soon” news about Northbrook Row with media, resulting in to-date coverage in Connect CRE Chicago & Midwest, Northbrook Patch, Urbanize Chicago and Yield PRO.
