M/I Homes, Habitat Break Ground On The Bowery Of Highland Park On Former Solo Cup Site

As progress continues on The Bowery of Highland Park, the joint venture between Taylor Johnson clients M/I Homes and Habitat to redevelop the former Solo Cup Company site in Highland Park, Ill., as a 227-residence for-sale townhome community, media interest in the notable project remains strong. Most recently, the development team celebrated the start of land development at the new community with a groundbreaking ceremony attended by representatives from project partners as well as Highland Park city staff and officials. Team TJ spread word of the milestone, inviting local reporters to the event and distributing a press release afterwards. Reporters from The Record North Shore and Highland Park Patch covered the event in person, while our press release generated additional coverage in Chicago Business Journal and Daily Herald.
